The ÄKTA pure 25 is a versatile liquid chromatography system designed for the purification of proteins. It enables precise protein isolation through techniques such as affinity, ion exchange, and size exclusion chromatography. With its modular design and automation capabilities, the system allows efficient purification of small to medium sample volumes, making it ideal for structural biology, enzyme isolation, antibody purification, and so forth.

Our ÄKTA pure 25 system is equipped with several advanced features beyond the basic setup. It includes a sample pump (S9), a sample inlet valve (V9-IS), a column valve (V9-C) and an outlet valve (V9-O).

To use this system, users must first complete a mandatory training.
